At Mombotics, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns Due to the nature of our products, we accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at mombotics@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and we'll make it right immediately.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale or clearance items
- Intimate apparel and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
